After your order has been approved, it will be forwarded to the pharmacy for fulfillment. This process may take up to 48 hours. It will be shipped the same day it is filled. We will notify you if there is a problem with your order. If you do not hear from us, you may safely assume that your order has been approved and shipped.
* We do not process orders on Sundays or on public holidays. Orders received on these days will be processed the following business day.
The typical transit time is 7-10 Business days (varies depending on your local delivery times). We cannot overnight your order as we do not have shipping arrangements with the major couriers (i.e. FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc). Prescriptions WILL NOT be shipped to anyone under the age of 21.
Guarantee
Although unlikely, if for any reason your order does not arrive within 20 days after it has been SHIPPED, please notify us by email at admin@pharmacityusa.com. Be sure to include your Order Number and your full name so we can research the circumstances and trace your order.
By placing your order with us, you automatically acknowledge having read and understood these conditions.
Problems with your Order ?
Although unlikely, should you encounter any problems with your order (i.e. item not received, wrong item received, short-shipped, etc) please notify us by email at admin@pharmacityusa.com. Be sure to include your Order Number, your complete name and the nature of the problem. We will respond within 48 hours (2 business days).
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of an order can only be accepted prior to the Pharmacy's approval. In the event you have to cancel an order, you must send us an email to admin@pharmacityusa.com . Don't forget to mention your Order Number, your name, as well as the reason for your cancellation.
Once the Pharmacy has approved an order, cancellations cannot be accepted. Upon placing your order, you automatically acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accept these shipping terms and conditions.
Returns
We can not accept returns due to the nature of the item(s) that are shipped. The law states that, "A pharmacist shall not accept for return to inventory any drug that has been previously dispensed." Pharmaceutical Act Section 23(1) Return Medication (1). |
